I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and tidy, with a Jacuzzi tub and sofa, but the service was not the friendliest, especially during breakfast time. The location was excellent with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants, but the room allocated to us, despite being reserved and paid for in advance through a third-party site, was quite a distance from reception. The service varied from welcoming my service dog after proof was shown, to some hiccups during check-in and use of coupons. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel has a good shower with better than average pressure, was fairly clean, and cleaner than some higher-priced hotel chains I have stayed in recently. The convenience of the location stands out, but the service was terse and unfriendly when asking any questions. The dining offers a decent amount of choices but is barely continental.
